Delivery dates and times vary and are sometimes not available. We'll post on our social media when we're accepting deliveries. Orders for delivery placed outside of accepted times will be refunded.

 

Please allow 45 minutes delivery time on top of our prep time; we will always try to deliver as soon as possible within this time frame. Occasionally orders come through 30 minutes after they are placed rather than immediately. Please allow for this when placing orders.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are easy to locate by providing a What Three Words or Google Maps shared pin location, boat name or paddlecraft description when placing your order.

 

Orders placed with an incorrect delivery location and are unable to be found are non refundable.

There must be someone available at your What Three Words location to receive your delivery. Items will not be left unattended.

​

Please ensure your location is on the water - the delivery tender does not beach and you'll need to paddle out to collect your order if the river is shallow at the delivery location.

Tracking of your delivery will usually be provided via WhatsApp live location sharing. Please give us a wave as we arrive!

We do not usually deliver ice cream/frozen products (but we're up for trying it if you are!).
